The room was modern and clean, featuring an extremely comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. There was ample free parking available, and I appreciated the provided toiletries. The location was convenient, with close proximity to dining options and a train station.

No lifts in the facility. Shower door knob missing.

The Killara Hotel & Suites offers terrific service and features newly decorated rooms that are a great size, complete with a lovely view of the rear. the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are exceptionally clean. Guests can also enjoy the great pool and convenient onsite parking.

Had a pleasant stay at each visit. I liked the king room with massive bathroom and a single thrown in front of the window plus extra pillows. An electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware were available. The hotel was in the very central setting on web page that indicated that restaurant was shut. Seafood restaurant Big Tuna Fish Co was 300 metres away from the place...

Quiet place for a visit to Killara with exceptionally nice location to wonderful restaurants in Lindfield and good services. Location just off Chatswood which has loads of food options, and the upper North shore. Very good overall experience.

Free parking, customer service, comfortable rooms.

Only that my email regarding lost property wasn't repsonded too, and when I finally spoke to someone to check, the room had been turned over three times so my item was well and truly gone.

Facilities were adequate in relation to cost per night. Large bathroom. Quiet even though on Pacific Highway.

Paying the account on arrival. Hair dryer inoperative. No knife in room. No free newspapaer at reception. No list of eating venues nearby. Pool maintenance required.
